The Think → Speak → Defend → Adapt course

Your English already works on paper.
Make it hold up in the room.

An 8-module business English course for founders, sales and BD people, recruiters and tech professionals who can read a contract fine — and freeze the moment a client, investor or CEO pushes back live.

08 Modules, in sequence
30+ Live simulations & role-plays
1 Framework you keep for life

Exhibit A — Sample Redline

Before I’m the co-founder of a staffing company. We’ve been operating for several years. We specialize in software development, blockchain, AI, cybersecurity…

After I run a staffing and recruitment company focused mostly on tech. What about you?

Lesson 01 — Professional Presence Rev. 2

The throughline of every module

One framework, reused in every room you’ll ever walk into.

Networking conversation, sales call, board meeting, technical Q&A — the mechanics repeat. We drill the mechanics until they’re automatic.
01

Think

Separate fact, assumption and unknown before you speak.

02

Speak

State a clear position in plain, confident English.

03

Defend

Take the challenge, ask “why,” hold your ground with reasons.

04

Adapt

New information lands — keep, modify, or change your call.

The 8 modules, in order

Every module ends in a live simulation, not a quiz.

§01 Professional Presence & Adaptive Communication Start a conversation, not a speech — and read who’s in front of you before you pitch.
  • 30-second introduction, layered by relevance
  • Reading a person’s role, stage and priority live
  • Final simulation: read, adapt, advance
  • Homework: three versions of your own pitch
§02 LinkedIn & Personal Brand Position yourself in ten seconds and build a network before you need one.
  • Headline, About and positioning workshop
  • Defining your ICP before you grow connections
  • Live profile audit: 10-second test
  • Homework: one post from real experience, no AI slop
§03 Real-Life Networking Approach a stranger, join a group mid-conversation, and know when to exit.
  • Opening lines that don’t sound rehearsed
  • Qualifying value while you talk, not before
  • Final simulation: the networking room, six secret roles
  • Real-world mission: one live event, five new conversations
§04 Sales English & Persuasion Run discovery, dig past the surface objection, negotiate price without flinching.
  • Discovery brief vs. script — and why the difference matters
  • Surface objection vs. real objection, live
  • Practice: price, then silence
  • Final simulation: full call, secret buyer objection
§05 Meetings & Business Communication Open a meeting, interrupt professionally, disagree without starting a fight.
  • Redirecting an off-topic conversation on time
  • Closing with Decision → Action → Owner → Deadline
  • Final simulation: the chaotic meeting, five secret roles
  • Homework: a real meeting agenda, one page
§06 Public Speaking & Confidence Speak from bullet points, not a memorized script — and own the pause.
  • Winning the first 30 seconds without a joke you rehearsed
  • Handling Q&A, including the aggressive question
  • Recorded 2-minute business talk, reviewed twice
  • Homework: 3-minute pitch on your own product
§07 Tech, AI & Startup English Explain frontend, backend, APIs and AI in plain English — then adjust for a CTO, a CEO, or an investor.
  • Feature → effect → business value, drilled with “so what?”
  • Killing the buzzwords — explaining the product, not the jargon
  • One product, explained to three different audiences live
  • Runway, burn rate, MVP, traction — startup vocabulary that sticks
§08 Critical Thinking: Think → Speak → Defend The final, hardest lesson — almost entirely live practice, no lecture.
  • Fact vs. assumption vs. opinion, under time pressure
  • Taking a 60-second position with incomplete information
  • Final simulation: new information arrives — keep, modify or change
  • Personal scorecard across all 8 modules

Two ways to take it

Groups build the reflex. 1-to-1 sharpens your case.

You can’t practise reading a room alone — and you can’t rehearse your own pitch in a group of eight. So the course gives you both.
Core of the course

Group cohort lessons

Six to eight people — enough for genuine role-play and speaking to a room, small enough that everyone talks every time.

  • 8 modules, once a week
  • Every simulation from the curriculum above
  • A live audience for every pitch and talk
Add-on

1-to-1 sessions

Your actual situations, worked through in detail — the pitch you’re giving next month, the meeting you’re dreading, the deck you’ve already sent.

  • Your LinkedIn, pitch or deck reviewed
  • Direct feedback, at your pace
  • Bundle it, or add it whenever you need it

Start with one lesson

Three ways to enroll.

No commitment on the trial, and its cost comes off the full cohort if you continue.

Trial Lesson

$35

One lesson to feel the format and meet the instructor.

  • 60 minutes, group or 1-to-1
  • No further commitment
  • Credited toward the course if you continue

Before you sign

Questions we get on every discovery call.

What English level do I need to start?

B1–C1. You should be able to hold a basic work conversation already — this course builds presence, structure and judgment on top of that, not vocabulary from zero.

Is this live or self-paced video?

Live, in a small cohort. The simulations that make this course work — secret roles, real objections, live feedback — only function with real people in the room.

How much speaking time will I actually get?

Cohorts are capped specifically so every student runs the final simulation in every module, not just watches others run it.

What happens after the 8 modules end?

You leave with the Think → Speak → Defend → Adapt framework, your personal scorecard across all 8 modules, and a 30-day real-world challenge to lock the habit in.

Can my company pay and expense this?

Yes — an invoice is generated automatically at checkout for corporate reimbursement or L&D budgets.

The goal isn’t to make everyone interested in you. It’s to know exactly what to say when it matters.
